Hello Angel is a gentle grief journaling and remembrance app that helps you stay connected to loved ones you’ve lost. Through private journaling, memories, and guided reflection, Hello Angel provides a safe and calming space to honor, remember, and find meaning in your journey.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is my data private?
Yes. Hello Angel stores your data locally on your device by default. Your private messages, journal entries, and personal memories are never shared with third parties or uploaded without your consent.
How do I create an Angel profile?
Tap the Angels tab at the bottom of the app, then tap the button to create a new profile. You can add their name, a photo, and meaningful details about your loved one.
Can I use the app without a subscription?
Yes. Hello Angel offers core features for free. A premium subscription unlocks the full library of guided journaling prompts and additional features to enhance your experience.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to your Profile tab, tap on your subscription card, and then tap “Restore Purchases” on the Premium screen. This will restore any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions to manage or cancel Hello Angel.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual angel profiles, messages, journal entries, and memories from within the app at any time. Since data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will also remove all associated data.
